The combination of titanium oscillating element and anodized aluminum housing gives the USK840 an unexpected level of rigidity. This means it can demonstrate its advantages wherever low weight and precise guidance are important. This applies in particular to use in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mth-ultraschall.de\/produkte\/ultraschall-handschweissgeraete\/\"><strong>hand-held welding devices<\/strong><\/a> and in a<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mth-ultraschall.de\/produkte\/ultraschall-schweissmaschinen\/\">utomated welding machines<\/a><\/strong> in which high travel speeds must be achieved.<\/p>\n<h2>Areas of application<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ultrasonic welding of plastics in all variations<\/li>\n<li>Spot welding of foils and plates<\/li>\n<li>Embedding brass bushings<\/li>\n<li>Stripping thermocouples and heating conductors<\/li>\n<li>Cutting foams, fleeces and fabrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ideal for robotic applications<\/h2>\n<p>Its low weight makes the USK840 the ideal converter when it comes to using robots in automated welding and cutting machines. As a special version, the USK840 is also available with connections for internal cooling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Various mounting options<\/h2>\n<p>The USK840 converter is attached concentrically with a PG29 union nut. A variety of flanges, fastening brackets, etc. are available as holders, e.g. for direct attachment to the DFM double guide cylinder or other pneumatic cylinders.
