The combination of titanium oscillating element and anodized aluminum housing gives the USK840U unimagined rigidity. The U version is specially optimized for use in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mth-ultraschall.de\/produkte\/ultraschall-handschweissgeraete\/\"><strong>hand welding machines<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Areas of application<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ultrasonic welding of plastics in all variations<\/li>\n<li>Spot welding of foils and plates<\/li>\n<li>Cutting foams, fleeces and fabrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Optimized for use in hand welding machines<\/h2>\n<p>Its low weight makes the USK840U the ideal converter for manual material processing.
