With our range of ultrasonic products, we are able to manufacture the right components for every requirement. Our ‘ultrasonic modular system’ enables us to produce an almost unlimited number of variations according to customer requirements.
We do not only develop and produce for our own devices and special-purpose machines. The sale of individual and spare parts as well as the creation of customised assemblies according to customer requirements for machines, special-purpose machines and systems from other companies are also a key area of our work.
Our ultrasonic components are available in frequencies of 20, 30 and 35 kHz with outputs of 400 W, 1,000 W, 2,000 W, 2,500 W, 4,000 W, 5,000 W and 6,000 W. In addition, we are able to manufacture individual and customised designs in terms of frequency and power.

mth offers ultrasonic converters for common frequencies such as 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz and 40 kHz. The converter transforms the high-frequency alternating current from the ultrasonic generator into mechanical vibrations with amplitudes of approximately 5–12 µm.
