We offer various high-quality components for our products, from sonotrodes to generators.
This sonotrode is suitable for the 40008004940H ultrasonic hand welding device and for comparable devices with M8 converter threads.
The USH 800/40 600L ultrasonic hand welding device features a handy generator and an ergonomic handle made of colour-anodised aluminium.

We manufacture custom-built machines for industrial applications in the fields of joining technology and plastics processing.
Our specialized machines are designed and built to meet the specific requirements of automation, plastic joining and ultrasonic welding. We are able to cover various processes simultaneously—in compliance with strict quality and functional tests—with one specialized machine.
Switch cabinet construction
In our switch cabinet construction department, we manufacture switchgear that meets the specific requirements of the respective special-purpose machine. We only use high-quality components from well-known manufacturers and use E-CAD software from WSCAD for project planning.
The associated pneumatic plans, which we implement using high-quality components from Festo, SMS and Aventics, are also created in our in-house design department.
